I might be changing the name of the "Meet the Buddha" run to the "Go To #$%& Clark" run. As I mentioned this particular course is both challenging and demanding as it has both steep uphills and steep downhills. The name change comes from something Paul said to me when we were finished. I won't go into details.
I am happy with my workout today. I made three ascents up the "Big Hill", but only completed two and half loops. The first loop was in 31 minutes and the second loop was in 31 minutes. How weird is that?
