This will be an exciting weekend for a group run. We will meet, again, in front of the Fitness Club and we will run the Loop around Turn Point. Afterwards we can discuss if we want to go and grab some chow, it's Stan's turn to buy.

Well, the group this morning was Brian G and myself. We ran a very gloomy loop around Turn Point, a slight mist and heavy clouds. Our pace was slow and we talked about running, races and cool runs for next year.
