In the women's race, Rachael Justis from California finished first in 20:57. Local runner Pam Stewart took home second place clocking her run in 21:34 and third place went to off-island runner Denise Renno whose time was 22:17.
Ninety-nine (99) runners enter and participated in this year's event, even with temperatures in the mid 30's at race time.

3rd Annual Winner, Nick Roberts after finishing the race. Notice the blood on his shin which was due to a slip on the ice while warming up for the start of the race. Though injured and bleeding, Nick finished the course in 17:43.
