Here is the training schedule for the week starting 10/5:

Tuesday:  Hill Repeats, 5:30 PM, meet at the track and we will run from there.

Thursday:  Hills, Meet at 5:30 PM, at San Juan Fitness

Saturday/Sunday:  I am off island this weekend, but let me know if you want to run with someone and I will get the word out.  Email me at clark@runninginthesanjuans.com
